|Company Name||Vinotec||CEO||Ilsoo Hwang|
|Date of Incorporation||January 8, 2002||Address||(15612) Hae-an ro 308 (Wonsi-dong), Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do|
Vinotec minimizes environmental pollution by professionally treating diverse types of waste such as general waste, hazardous waste, waste asbestos, and sludge. We also use waste incineration heat to supply electricity, steam, and hot water.
|Waste paper, waste wood, waste synthetic resin, waste synthetic leather, synthetic polymer compound, animal and plant residue, waste absorbent, waste cooking oil, sludge, waste catalyst, waste adsorbent, waste synthetic fiber, waste synthetic rubber, waste glass, animal body (except bodies contaminated by infectious disease), waste home appliances, waste devices||As sludge has a massive amount of moisture and organic matter and can include dangerous pathogens, its capacity is reduced by mineralization and gasification through digestion, enrichment, dehydration, drying, or incineration, which leads to making it safe and stable. Wastewater treatment sludge, process sludge (sludge type), waste for solidification (wastewater treatment sludge, process sludge, etc.)|
|Hazardous waste||Waste asbestos|
|Waste oil, other waste organic solvents, waste acid, waste alkali, other solid waste (waste adsorbent, waste absorbent), waste for stability (dust, waste catalyst, waste adsorbent, waste absorbent), waste for solidification (waste oil, dust, waste adsorbent, waste absorbent, etc.)||Asbestos fragments in the process of asbestos demolition are finally treated at the reclamation site after the cement is solidified.|
|Electricity||Steam / Hot water|
|Electricity is produced by operating a turbine with steam from incineration.||Steam/hot water is produced by utilizing waste heat in incineration and supplied to the neighboring industrial complex and residential area.|
Vinotec has advanced facilities and equipment to minimize environmental damage and pollution—which are on the increase since various kinds of waste are being diversified and subdivided—and treat waste stably.
Sludge is input by a transfer pump from the storage hopper to the drier. Exhaust is then supplied in combination with combusted air in the primary and secondary combustion room of the incineration facility. When these materials are incinerated, their odor is removed. Dried sludge is cooled down, saved in the dry sludge storage tank, and transported to another company.
Vinotec has storage facilities and systems that can categorize waste based on their type and efficiently treat waste at the right time.
|General waste: 10,759㎥ (2,925 tons)||Hazardous waste: 329 tons|
